BioCromi si propone di portare l'attenzione sull'azione benefica che il colore del cibo ha sulla mente e sul corpo umano: verdura e frutta, se maneggiate con saggezza, possono essere trasformate in pigmenti naturali che, oltre a nutrire la vista degli osservatori, racchiudono un'immensa energia vitale, preziosa per il benessere umano.

BioCromi has the objective to get attention to the helpful action that the color of the food has on the human mind and body: vegetables and fruit, if handled wisely, can be transformed into natural pigments that, in addition to feed observer sight, enclose immense life energy, precious for humanity well-being.

Progetto fotografico pluriennale, nato nel 2015. BioCromi è stato inserito nel "Four Hands Project" 2015 - format ideato da Roberto Bernè e curato da Giovanni Pelloso - ed è stato presentato al MIA Milano Image Art Fair 2015 [Catalogo MIA Fair 2015 - estratto (file pdf)]. Le fotografie esposte sono state realizzate con la tecnica di stampa Giclée su carta 100% cotone, edizione di 7 + II AP. Nel 2015, BioCromi è stato presentato anche al convegno "Scienza e Tecnologia del Territorio per Produrre Qualità", organizzato dal Dipartimento di Scienze Veterinarie e Sanità Pubblica (DIVET) dell'Università degli Studi di Milano [DIVET programma convegno 25092015 (file pdf)].

Multi-year photographic projects, born in 2015. The exhibited photographs was made with Giclée printing technique on 100% cotton paper, Edition of 7 + II AP. In 2015, BioCromi was also presented at the "Science and Technology of the Territory to Produce Quality" congress, organised by the Department of Veterinary Science and Public Health (DIVET) of the University of Milan.
